AIESEC is your answer not your question. You seek is your boon but what you have RIGHT NOW is even bigger and that is YOU. Its a mix of capabilities and perspective which is rare. Again, I have believed a lot in those in you, and I will continue to. You have more that you channelize in different directions, you just haven't, and less resistance to the change, and idea of personal growth would take you there much faster.
